We provide superior automotive accessories and stand by our products, and hope you are very pleased with your purchase. So in the unlikely event that a return is requested, please consider these terms: When you see that package arrive, please be responsible! When you receive your item, please open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims. All items should be inspected for defects or damage and "dry fitted" prior to being installed. General Installation instructions provided should be followed completely. Although you can do it yourself, getting your items professionally installed is always an option. All reasonable attempts should be made for proper installation before making a return claim. It is our sole discretion to authorize returns for credit or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. No products will be accepted for return or exchange without a Return Material Authorization number. Please see the link below on this page to request an RMA# and to explain the return and ask for a RMA number. We will email you the proper return address for your order, and you will receive a RMA # from us. Please carefully pack the product in original packaging, insure and ship via ground, freight prepaid to the address we email you. Return Material Authorization Number should be clearly written on outside of box. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable. Under no circumstances will products be received freight collect.
Request for returns for any item must be made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions. No returns are allowed on any custom orders, special orders, partial orders or partially installed vinyl kits, painted items, or clearance items, including custom colors or modifications of any kind. Returns will be accepted only if the returned products are unused in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received.

VINYL GRAPHIC PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
Time, care and patience is used in the design, production, and preparation for shipping of these vinyl graphic products. Many are custom made on order, and must be carefully cut, rolled properly with care, gently packaged and staged for shipping. Most major vinyl graphic companies do not allow returns for any reason. However, MoProAuto will accept returns with the following exceptions :
RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR UNOPENED PACKAGES AND/OR UNROLLED VINYL PRODUCTS ONLY! *Custom colors excluded. See link below to request a Return RMA#
Because of production procedures for these professional vinyl products, returns are only accepted for unopened packages and unrolled graphics only. A partial refund including a 50% restocking fee will apply to qualified returns (no exchanges allowed). There are NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES for vinyl that has already been installed, no exceptions!
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if the vinyl package has been opened and / or the vinyl graphic has been unrolled, which constitutes use of the product. Please Note:
- If the vinyl product is unrolled or opened, this constitutes use of the product.
- Once opened and/or unrolled, the vinyl product cannot be returned, exchanged, etc.
- Unrolling to confirm the vinyl color is not a reason for a return. Please request a color chart or more color information BEFORE ORDERING if you feel this will be a concern.
- Unrolling to confirm fitment is not a reason for a return. Our “vehicle specific” vinyl kits are precisely laser measured, test fitted, and installed numerous times before being available to the public. The sizes of “universal fit” vinyl graphics are clearly mentioned on each item page. Measure your vehicle BEFORE ORDERING to get an idea of how to install.
- Custom colors are NON-RETURNABLE, as they are custom made on order. BEFORE ORDERING, please ask if you are about to order a custom color. "Custom" vinyl colors cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. These vinyl colors are considered uncommon, are custom manufactured upon ordering, and are not returnable or exchangeable. Keep this in mind when ordering, and verify you purchased the correct color when you receive the email confirmation of your order. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted due to improper color selection. The color chart and vehicle photos provide a reasonable depiction of the actual vinyl color, so be sure of the color before ordering. Samples of the actual vinyl are also available for purchase in the form of a "color chart" to further ensure your satisfaction before ordering a complete vinyl graphic. Please make sure of the exact vinyl color you need before purchasing.
REASON FOR THIS POLICY:
We have made concessions in the past to allow returns of vinyl graphic products for any reason. However, returns were wadded up, rolled backwards, stuffed in boxes, etc., which resulted in the ruining of the vinyl. Please understand that we have this new policy to avoid these situations, as these items are expensive to produce and offered at deep discounts for the general public. Reasons we can no longer accept returns for opened packages :
- returned packages containing wadded up vinyl
- crushed vinyl stuffed in package/box
- vinyl that has been rolled backwards
- returned vinyl folded and deeply creased
- returned vinyl kits with missing pieces
- return of partially installed kits due to installation failure by installer
Please understand that vinyl graphics purchased at many other major vinyl graphics companies, retail outlets, dealer parts departments, etc., cannot be returned for any reason even though the cost of their comparable kits can be $500 - $1000.

Returned vinyl products not meeting the above conditions are subject to refusal, discarding, and/or a 50% restocking fee. So in the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in unopened, re-saleable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. We have a 30 day refund policy when these conditions are met. Our vinyl graphics are made of professional material and takes time, care, and patience to properly install. Our installation instructions are to be used as a guide only. Because every installation is unique, there are other tips and tricks that only a professional vinyl installer may know.
Therefore, while most of our graphics are “easy to install” and can be installed by most people, please remember that professional installation is always an option! We recommend contacting your local sign shop that deals with vinyl signs and vehicle decals to help you with installation.
If you decide to install vinyl graphics on your own, install AT YOUR OWN RISK! Once you begin installation, there can be no returns or exchanges if:
- The wind catches the graphic
- Too much installation fluid is used
- The vinyl doesn't separate correctly from the backing paper because of a rushed installation
- You install and don't get all the creases and/or bubbles out of the vinyl
- You accidentally cut the vinyl when trying to install
Or any other issue that may not make it a 100% successful installation. Also please keep in mind that professionals can make mistakes too, so once a graphic is "dry fitted" and ready to install, if an error occurs in installation then the installer is liable!
MoProAuto will not be held liable for any type of failed installation!
If an issue does come up, and you need to replace once piece or one entire side, you must buy the complete set again. We DO NOT SELL INDIVIDUAL PIECES of any one set.
Please keep these points in mind as you think of the best way to have your graphics installed. Most of the graphics we offer are one of a kind and hard to find for the general public, so please treat your investment with care, and you will receive years of enjoyment from your purchase!

SPOILER RETURN POLICY
Spoilers offered by MOPROAUTO show descriptions that mention " OEM style", "Factory Style", "OEM Factory Style." These are copys of the look and style of the OEM spoiler. These are not exact replicas and are not substitutes for an OEM spoiler. These spoilers are meant for new installations only and may not match holes and access points already on your vehicle from a previously installed spoiler. We use the best pictures available for most vehicles as a representation of the product offered. We back the spoilers we offer with a 6 year / 66,000 mile warranty and both the paint finish and the plastic part itself are guaranteed for life. If, however, you do decide to return a spoiler, we charge a 50% restocking fee on painted and unpainted orders, and also a $50 paint fee on painted orders, and we do not credit shipping charges.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products we offer are guaranteed to be free of defects. Before each item is shipped, stringent quality control methods are used to ensure the quality of each item. In the rare event that a defect is found, please email us a minimum of two (2) digital photos of the defect, along with a detailed description, to info@moproauto.com. We will make an investigation of the defect and contact you for resolution.
